Every passenger makes their flight

NaviGo shows the walk time to the gate and guides passengers step by step. No app install, no beacons, no satellite.

Why is the map on your phone useless in a terminal?

Satellite signal doesn't get through the terminal roof. The phone shows a dot the size of half the building, or nothing at all.

Passengers don't know how long the walk to the gate takes, so they keep asking at the desks. Latecomers get paged over the PA and boarding runs late.

Transfer passengers run past duty free and the cafés to make their connection. Retail loses revenue because nobody knows whether they have time.

Three steps every passenger already knows

  1. 1

Points the camera at a QR code

QR codes sit at the terminal entrances, past security and at the check-in desks. The map opens in the browser and knows right away where the passenger is. Nothing to download.

  2. 2

    Chooses where to go

Search by gate number, name or service. Boarding gate, check-in desk, passport control, restroom, duty free.

  3. 3

    Follows the prompts

The route shows the time to your gate and switches floors on its own at the escalator or elevator. Position comes from the phone's own sensors, so it works where the signal is weak.

One product, every kind of building

The navigation logic is the same; the vocabulary and the scenarios change: stores in a mall, boarding gates at an airport, rooms in a clinic.

Malls

Stores, food court, parking, tenant promotions.

Airports

Gates, check-in, passport control, walk time to your gate.

Expos

Stands and pavilions, the program, a route from your shortlist.

Clinics

Rooms, reception, lab. Fewer late arrivals for appointments.

Rail stations

Platforms, ticket offices, waiting areas, exits to the street.

Where do passengers actually go?

Navigation leaves a trail: which routes people build, which gates they head for, which areas they walk past. It's the first reliable answer to what's really happening in the terminal.

  • Heat map of flow from check-in to the gates
  • Demand by area: what gets searched and which gates people head for
  • Lost-and-found reports with the passenger's route attached
  • A separate dashboard for each tenant: listing, hours, photos

The brighter the line, the more passengers walk that corridor.

What it takes to launch

FAQ

Do passengers need to install an app?

No. The map opens in the browser from a link or a QR code. It works on any phone.

Do you need beacons or any other hardware?

No. Position comes from the phone's own sensors, starting from the point the passenger confirmed with a QR code or picked by hand. Nothing to install, no hardware to maintain.

What do you need from us to launch?

Terminal plans and one contact who can answer questions about the building. We map the corridors, gates and zones ourselves, in our own editor.

How do we update the map when tenants and kiosks change?

In the manager's dashboard: rename a space, move a kiosk or change opening hours yourself in a minute. Retail tenants can be given access to their own listing.

How much does it cost?

Depends on the terminal's floor area and the number of levels. Message us and we'll price it for your airport.
